Self-levelling PU coating

Self-levelling polyurethane (PU) coating looks exactly the same as epoxy coating, but it is unique in that it remains flexible after drying. It is used on surfaces where the substrate, whether plywood, plasterboard, asphalt or even concrete, may be compromised due to various circumstances. It is also possible to add mosaic colours. The coating layer is 1.5–3 mm, depending on the load.

This coating is a two-component, solvent-free hard-elastic compound. It is self-levelling, not slippery and does not wear. It is widely used, for example, on floors in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, commercial buildings, workshops, garages and storerooms.

The coating can be used on various substrates such as concrete, cement, wood, magnesite, asphalt, steel and aluminium. The PU coating can be coated with a variety of suitable varnishes to make the floor more resistant to chemicals, UV radiation and wear. In addition, it is possible to make the layer smoother or harder.
